955N(214.7 lb)의 연속적인 동력과 최고
출력 3820N(858.8 lb)을 내는 고효율 자기회로 설계가 특징입니다. 이러한 고도의 성능수준은 특수자석 옵션으로 동력을 더욱 증가시킬 수
있습니다.
BLMX 이동 forcer 코일 조립품은 Hall-효과 장비와 열센서, 그리고 강화 세라믹 에폭시 구조로 되어
있습니다. 이러한 ironless 설계는 다른 설계일 경우 속도를 제한하고 추가적인 열을 발생하는 회오리-유동 손실을 제거하여 줍니다.
BLMX 리니어 모터는 “U-채널” 희토류 자석 궤도와 이동 forcer 코일로 구성된 direct drive입니다. 이 디자인은
백레쉬, 감기(windup), 마모, 그리고 볼스크류, 벨트 그리고 랙/피니언과 연관된 정비문제를 제거하여 줍니다.
BLMX 시리즈
非자기적 forcer는 cogging과 자기인력을 없애주어 극도의 부드러운 motion과 아주 세세한 속도와 position 제어가 가능합니다.
이 linear 모터는 극한의 출력을 요구하는 적용분야에 이상적입니다. BLMX 시리즈 linear 모터는 정열과 조립이 용이하고 자기장을
확고히 유지시켜 줍니다. 자석 궤도는 모든 이송경로에서 적체가 가능하다. 이 모터는 산업용으로도 적절합니다.
BLMX는 완전히
통합된 시스템을 제공하기 위해 표준 에어로텍 brushless amplifier와 컨트롤러를 사용하여 구동할 수
있습니다.
