ATT185 시리즈 정밀 틸트(피치-롤) 테이블은 평형기구 또는 ±10°범위의 틸팅 구성품을 위한 방법을 제공합니다. 에어로텍의 특허등록된
arc-초-이하의 분해능 드라이브는 ATT185-3에 대해 0.2 arc-초의 분해능과 ATT185-5에 대해서는 0.1 arc-초를
유지시키면서 전체 각도 범위를 신속히 커버하도록 해줍니다. 이러한 독특한 드라이브와 함께, 테이블은 서행이동, 백레쉬가 전혀 없으며, 탁월한
반복성을 보여줍니다. 또한, 분리된 직교의 축 모션으로 gimbal 지원기능을 가지고 있습니다.
2개의 틸트 테이블 기반은
25mm 중앙부에 M6 스크류용 구멍이 있고 에어로텍의 리니어 또는 로타리 이동 스테이지에 채택이 가능합니다. 테이블은 흑생 아노다이징 후처리된
알루미늄으로 제작됩니다.
