에어로텍의 BMS시리즈 브러시리스 슬롯리스 서보모터는 고성능 로터리 모터 중 최고를 대표합니다. 표준 NEMA 프레임 크기 내에서 사용가능하며, 이러한 모터는 우수한 속도 원활성 및 제어를 위해 슬롯리스 로터 설계를 사용합니다.

희토류 네오디뮴 철 붕소 자석과 높은 극수 로터를 특징으로 하면서, BMS시리즈는 소형 팩키지에서 최대의 토크와 가속력을 제공합니다. BMS에 대한 고객이 기계적 또는 전기적 맞춤사항은 최소의 소요기간으로 엔지니어링 가능합니다.

DC모터 대비 향상된 부드러움
BMS시리즈 모터는 우수한 속도 원활성과 제어가 요구될 경우 표준 브러시리스 또는 브러시타입 모터를 대체할 수 있습니다. DC브러시타입 모터는 원활한 저속 제어 때문에 공작기계와 스캐닝과 같은 응용분야에 인기가 있었습니다. BMS 모터는 우수한 원활성을 제공하고 DC 브러시 모터 대비 높은 가속성능을 가집니다. 더 높은 가속성능은 더 높은 기계 산출치와 성능을 보여줍니다.

고성능 설계
BMS시리즈는 최고의 원활한 속도조절을 제공하는 완전한 슬롯리스 스테이터 설계를 활용하기 때문에 전통적인 브러시리스 서보모터와 다릅니다. 이러한 모터는 우수한 토크와 안정적 성능을 요구하는 응용분야를 위해 설계됩니다. BMS시리즈 모터의 독특한 디자인은 경쟁 모델 대비 기계적 시스템과 더 가깝게 일치하는 관성을 제공합니다. 이것은 더욱 양호한 안정성과 편리한 튜닝을 의미합니다.

초-고정도의 엔코더 분해능
BMS시리즈 모터는 모든 응용분야를 위해 다양한 엔코더 분해능 옵션으로 장착될 수 있습니다. 표준의 RS-422 라인 드라이브 출력에 추가하여 옵션의 증폭된 사인파 엔코더가 초고정도의 분해능을 제공하기 사용가능합니다. 에어로텍은 외부의 승수기 박스와 함께 A3200시스템에 연결되는 드라이브용으로 옵션으로 엔코더 체배기를 제공합니다. 1백만 count/rev.의 높은 분해능이 획득 가능합니다.

Notes:
1. Performance is dependent upon heat sink configuration, system cooling conditions, and ambient temperature.
2. Values shown @ 75°C rise above a 25°C ambient temperature, with housed motor mounted to a 250 mm x 250 mm x 6 mm aluminum heat sink.
3. Peak torque assumes correct rms current; consult Aerotech.
4. Torque constant and motor constant specified at stall.
5. All performance and electrical specifications ±10%.
6. Maximum winding temperature is 100°C; thermistor trips at 100°C.
7. Ambient operating temperature range 0°C - 25°C. Consult Aerotech for performance in elevated ambient temperatures.
8. All Aerotech amplifiers are rated A_pk; use torque constant in N-m/A_pk when sizing.
